When you become a User of Next Level Media Company LLC & Voice for Votes, You are automatically subscribed to receive notices about Your account, e-mail newsletters and news of special promotions offered through Next Level Media Company LLC and/or in conjunction with partners.

           Security. All data collected at Next Level Media Company LLC is done so with the use of secure servers. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all payment information you input before it is sent to us. In fact, for your further protection, our Support Agents can not view or access full, usable information about credit card. Furthermore, we take all foreseeable measures to protect the data we collect against unauthorized access.

    .    Revisions to This Policy. Next Level Media Company LLC reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this policy, and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner. Notice of any revision, amendment, or modification will be posted in accordance with the Terms of Service

1.User's Responsibilities.

Client is responsible for provide accurate information during both registration and recording processes. Client is encouraged to review all materials submitted and recorded to Next Level Media LLC & Daily Source Report. No information will be made public on-line until confirmation is signed via form or submitted via email by client. Client is prohibited from using any offensive materials.

2. Billing and Payment.

All services must be paid in full upon scheduling of services. Payment method accepted is credit card, check or money order. All services are one time purchases and will not be automatically renewed. Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service charge.

3. Credit Card Payment Policies - Payment Processing.

All credit card payments are handled directly through  a third party known as Pay Pal. Next Level Media LLC. & Daily Source Report will not at any time ask you for your credit card information nor be responsible for credit card information. All inquires must go to www.paypal.com an account with Pay Pal is required to purchase our services online.

4. Cancellation of Agreement.

Cancellations must be made prior to seven business days of scheduled services. Saturdays & Sundays do not count as business days. Client may choose to reserve a credit for service or a full refund if cancelling prior to the seven business day period. If client cancels with in the seven day period client will receive a service credit only.

5.  Property Rights 

All recordings & on-line content confirmed by client is to be made available to the public via the Daily Source Report website (dailysourcereport.com) owned by Next Level Media Company LLC. The public has access to such content free of charge. Next Level Media Company is prohibited from selling any portions of client materials to third parties. Client understands that all media outlets may use materials confirmed by client for journalistic purposes only.  The client has the right to remove or change content at any time. Client acknowledges that additional fees may be encored for changes.

There will be no refunds if client chooses to have content removed and or cancelation of service.
